Calcium Citrate Supplement
What type of calcium citrate are you taking? Tablets, liquid, pills? I have had 2 crowns put on my teeth recently and I am very concered about chewing a hard tablet! I am also not to keen on the idea of swallowing 2 pills at a time. Are most of you taking a pill every 4 hours? I will do whatever I needs to do but would like some ideas!
