Anyone else there doing the 6 month diet for SHBP UHC that is considered to be a lightweight. I am right on 40 BMI, so I really can't lose any weight on the 6 month diet or I want qualify. I don't know if they will hold this against me since I wasn't "successful" or what. Just wondering where everyone else was on this 6 month journey.

I have a similar problem.  I have a bmi of 52, and the DS surgery requires a 50+ bmi. I have been intentionally not losing, so my bmi will stay up.   Good news is I have met with the surgeon and he locked my current weight in and said I can lose all I want now, and the insurance will still approve me. Apparently they use the weight the surgeon records on your 1st visit.
