Hi all!

I wanted to post since I had not in a while.  I went to my 6 week appointment and can now a lot of the things I used to enjoy so much.  I know that a lot of people have issues with certain things, but I can honestly say that there hasn’t been any food that has bothered me in a long while.  The only time I had an issue was with some cooked broccoli and it was not a happy feeling.  I have since been able to eat it again.  I have been able to drink normally and plan out my meals accordingly for work, which I must admit wasn’t easy to master in the beginning.  It’s so funny to me when my kids ask me questions about my food limits. We went out to get groceries and my hubby got each one of our kids a pack of goldfish crackers for the road.  We had all gotten back in the car and were heading home and my daughter asks me if I am allowed to eat goldfish.  I told her that I probably could and then she offered them to me.  It was cute, but another part of me worries that I am going to skew my kid’s thoughts on food.  It’s just funny that when we eat as a family, my food looks a lot like theirs and my hubby's is the big plate.  Since this journey began I have lost 44lbs and am finally starting to see some difference in my face and clothing fit.  I used to buy guys pants and the biggest size they offered.  I have since gone through all the pants I had from my pre pregnancy days and have had to go even smaller.  I guess I was probably a size 26/28 in the beginning and am now in a size 20 in jeans.  I hate to buy new clothes now since I have so far to go but I was literally dropping my pants when I would stretch up to reach stuff at work.  Oh and my local Wal-Mart had really nice jeans for like $3 so I couldn’t resist.  Does anyone know of any plus sized thrift stores in GA?  Oh and when do you stop being a plus size anyway? .  Hope everyone is doing awesome on this roller coaster we are all on and much success to all of you!

The Goodwill in Gwinnett  is awesome. Lots of name brand stuff. You have to pick through it, but I am a current size 18/20 and I can always find something.

Congrats!  Keep up the good work.  Try the clearance racks in Wal-Mart, Target and K-Mart...You'll be surprised at the great deals you find.
