SHPB contact person?
Does anyone have a phone # or e-mail address for someone w/ shbp to file a complaint. I just got off the phone with someone in customer service. She told me to go online and file an appeals form. I got the feeling she was just giving me the brush off and didn't really care about my problem.
I did manage to get the number for Trudy Nacien, or at least I thought I did. The number 404-463-3517 went to her secretary's vm!

I called a week ago or so to get the name of someone to file a complaint. The customer service rep was going to get back to me with a name. She never called.
You can try calling Christy Copeland at 404-525-3264. She is an employee of Cigna who works out of the SHBP office trying to make a smooth transition. She wouldn't be the person to file a formal complaint with though and while she was good the first time I contacted her, she was supposed to call me back and never did...so I left a VM message and she didn't respond to that either.
If you find out someone we can make a formal complaint to, PLEASE post the contact information for all of us. The more of us who complain - the better!
