I can't log in today. I just spent 45 mins on the phone with tech support and apparently there is something wrong with my profile/username or whatever. They said it would take 3-5 days to resolve the problem. Are you kidding me? This is such bull crap.. I guess I will be calling SHBP today.

I have been able to log on every day since last Thursday. I was not able to this am. I filled out a customer support ticket under the contact us link.

It seems more efficient to use the website. I did it by phone twice previously. Only one of those phone calls got me the automated email that states they are checking into the problem. When I do it online, I always get an email...good documentation...

I couldn't log in this morning either. It says page not found. They didn't email me this week with the link to get into the site either.

just got off phone with customer servivce and tech support. they said they have hed several cals today abou tthis GOOD JOB! said they will fix it TODAY! Please keep caling til it's fixed. If you have not already called CALL NOW.. Annoy them til they get it done!

I'm going to call Cigna today. I tried to get on the website. Usually, I can get the login page of the "healthy steps to weight loss". Then, after I put my login information in, I get the error message. Today, I can't even get the log in page!!!!!!!!!!!
