Introducing myself

Things are going pretty good so far. The last few weeks have been slow and it's been challenging to deal with. I have poly cystic ovaries and hypothyroid so no matter what the loss is going to be slow, I'm just struggling to come to grips with the fact that I'm going to have to work my tail off for slow weight loss.
