Okay, I got Cigna to fax me the actual requirements.
I advise everyone to call them and get this document.
According to the document, you only have to take the initial phone call from the health coach, then you can decide if you want to continue or not. You DO have to complete the online thing, so that is where we really need to focus our complaints. You have to have that certificate of completion to be send in with the other documentation.
