I am still exercising but not as much!  I am now a 6 Under girls softball coach.. so I find myself going to the gym less and on the field more!  Its not alot of exercise but its some as I run around the bases with the 6 year olds... I can actually beat some of them!! LOL
I am gong upstairs now to find some more food.. I have waited till I cant wait no more!!!
I have been hungry before but never woke up starving like this and unable to get full.  Its a strange feeling! LOL

I would try to find more protein items that are filling.  Grits, to me at least, are just too many carbs even with the cheese.  Honestly, I am almost 5 years out and I eat one egg with cheese and one slice of light whole grain toast for breakfast and I am full.  IF I get hungry, I will drink hot tea or a huge glass of hot crystal light cherry pomegranite.  I don't get hungry too often.  I think because I make sure to get plenty of protein in my daily intake.

My suggestion is instead of grits, try one egg (however you like them cooked) with either cheese or a little cottage cheese.  If you want to switch things up, eat some chicken salad with cottage cheese or the egg.  I have endless ideas of protein and so I never get bored. :)

I can not do eggs at all since surgery.  I miss them actually.  Cottage cheese is a good idea.  I will try that with some fruit for breakfast.  Any other protien ideas from breakfast? I try to stay away from carbs but its soo hard!! :-)

How about some lean turkey meat with some melted cheese?  I LOVE eating that.  I sometimes do that for lunch if I want something really filling.  I will take a few slices of turkey meat and put some cheese on them and melt it up.  So so yummy!  You can flavor your cottage cheese if you want to eat it for breakfast but don't like the taste at that time of the morning.  Take a spoon full of cottage cheese and a pinch of sugar free vanilla pudding and mix them together.  You can also use sugar free jello to make the cottage cheese fruity flavored.  Gosh do I have ideas... :)  Now I can't wait for breakfast!

That sounds really yummy.  I do alot of turkey wrapped around cheese. I love the weigh****chers cheese.. Ifs very low in fat and very good.
My daughter made me desert tonight with bananas , strawberries sf ff cool whip sf vanilla pudding and layered it in a dish.  It is so pretty and taste so yummy.
I might just have that for breakfast.. LOL
I need to star****ching more of my carbs.. so i can start dropping weight again.  Im kinda just doing a few oz here and there.  I think the lack of water and the carbs are holding me back a little.
