CALLING ALL DR.DUNCAN'S PATIENTS
It's a good idea to call your insurance company once you know that Dr. Duncan's office has faxed it to them, just to make sure that someone has received it. I had issues with that. My file was help up 2 weeks because they said they sent it 2x but Peachstate said they hadn't received it. It ended up being a fax problem on Peachstate's end ( I wasn't the only one affected) so as soon as they got it, they turned it around pretty quickly. Just want to make sure nothing slips through the cracks if you know what I'm saying.
