March 9th is the start of my NUT visits here in Atlanta (pre-surgery diet/exercise consultations) as for me it's a requirement for insurance.

I'm looking forward to their nutritional input as part of this "new" lifestyle change. Guess this will be for 6months or so??

Let me hear from ya.

I know you'll learn a lot because it was a requirement for my insurance also...Because I'd gone through it before in MD, my Nut didn't make me do the full requirement...She recognized that I was informed enough and my appointments were just to say that I'd gone through it here in GA.

I started this also in Jan. for insurance purposes my NUT is not so strict and knows I know what to do my only thing is with the insurance is that after me being obese and having tried everything under the sun but it never works why would they put me through six more months of failure or basicially a yo-yo diet. Cause if I could lose it and keep it off I wouldn't need sugery or what my loser friends say the easy way out. They are so smart

hang in there Caramela...I've had people to say that the info they were given helped them to start to see food in a different light so if anything it should maybe lighten the load of what you intake...

gettin you mentally ready for that smaller stomach! I conciously now try to eat smaller portions...sort of my way of training myself....I try anyway...hahaha

It'll work for you...give it time to soak in!
