Cigna HRA Psych Eval

Sheesh...who thought it would be this hard to find someone to do my psych eval?

Anybody with SHBP Cigna HRA have any suggestions? I have not found anyone who both takes the insurance and who does WLS psych evals.

I have my appt. with Dr. Macik next week (whoo hoo!), so now I am trying to nail down the nut and the psych...

Any help is appreciated!

I would suggest you start with your DR.  His office probably has people that they regularly work with and should know if they take your ins or not.   Good luck!!

You gonna be able to make the meet n greet on the 28th in Holly springs?  It shouldnt be too far from you.  Let me know if your interested... Its a pot luck!

I would love to come, but you guys gotta schedule some further northeast! Holly Springs is 2 and a half hours! We need to schedule something towards Buford or Lawrenceville. That is still a pretty good drive, but I can do it. I am in the far northeast corner of the state. Nothing is near me!

I'm scheduled to see Dr. D'Ann Downey in Rome, GA on 3/4/09.  I'm not sure how far you are from Rome but she accepts Cigna and does these evals.

Thanks, but I am on the opposite side of N. Ga. Rome is one of those "you can't get there from here" places. I would have to drive 2 1/2 hours south to Atlanta, then back up north to Rome!  And, I hate to drive!

That's who I used and who Dr.Macik recommends... it's a breeze.... he hand out approvals like candy....
