Dear Karen,
I've just spent time reading the posts on your profile/blog and can relate to  your story so much; the way you yo-yo'd up and down and up, up, up. That was my life.

What determines whether or not the weight loss results from surgery will be lifelong is not the surgery procedure, itself;
 it's the work one does to let go of the self-sabotage behaviors and embrace an alternative future - "the life of your dreams!"
