Protein Shakes

I FINALLY found a protein shake that is not only tolerable but good!  It is Champion Nutrition Pure Whey Protein Stack.  My favorite is Cocoa Mochaccino.  I have tried every one on the market I think.  They all made me nauseous.  I am so excited that I can finally get in my protein.  Maybe my hair won't fall out right away!  I ordered it from Vitalady but there are probably other sources.

I have the same problem wht shakes but found out that I have to use a blender no matter if thier are ready to dring or powder.  I mix them with skim milk and banana of just plain.

I just wanted to also pass along some really good products that I have used for the past 3 years come July 2009. I have used Chek Nutration, and the vitamins that I have used is from Bariatric Advantage. I have found that these products taste the best, but everyone has to try it for themselves to see if they like it.

 Thanks for this information.  I've ordered the Coca Mochacciino too because I liked the sample out of all I've tried,.   Hope it will work for me as well as it has for you.  I also like the idea that it's 30+ grams of protein.   :)

I found out that the individual packets have two servings in them.  The coca mochaccino was ok as a double serving bu the chocolate was AWFUL!  Try it both ways to see which you like best.
