"Land of Enchantment" Oh 2009
As for 2009, well "It's my time to shine in Oh 9"! Victory will be ours and we will be looking' fine! 2009 is where the rubber meets the road and we will make all our dreams and goals come true! The lessons that were learned in 08 will carry us on over the finish line, being stronger and living fitter than ever! Where do you see yourself in the next year? Oh the possibilities! You and I will reach our goal size! We will shop at smaller sizing stores, surf shops, and stores we've only dreamt of! In 2009, we will gain lots of muscle and lose countless pounds of fat...of course though, we'll be counting! 2009 is not the year of the scale; it's the year of fitness and inches lost! We may only drop another 60 lbs, but I'll guarantee you that we'll drop another 3-5 jean sizes!!! This year we will focus on fueling our body, not feeding it. I will know the difference between over training and general soreness! We will be in tuned with my body to make it run like a well-oiled machine! 2009 will be even greater in our personal life! Our self confidence and self control will only flourish! We are going to spend more time making life happen then watching it pass us by! The love of our lives will become more of a top priority; they have taken a backseat this year to weight loss and issues. The friends and family are the rock and foundation, for without them; we’d have no fan club to keep us going, no reasonable shoulder to cry on, and no loving and unconditional support. It's time we pay it forward and give back to them what they so unselfishly given to us. Their needs we know for support and encouragement, and we are going to be their devoted and faithful bandwagon! We are going to get more active outside, no longer embarrassed of our body or self image, we are going to live and bask in the sun and its warm glow! We are also going to live like there's no tomorrow...except without all the extra Red Velvet cake!
2009 is the year that we get and maintain health so that we are a family! We want to run and chase our kids and friends! We want to be an active not inactively watching others. We want for our children to be the type of parents we didn't have...healthy; physically, mentally, and emotionally! Together, both you and I are going to make 2009 a year for the record books! Dreams really do come true, but you have to set the ball in motion. For goals really are dreams, except in the end you've either accomplished a goal or you're still dreaming about what might and could have been?
2008 was great! 2009 will sparkle and chime! This year has been wonderful and has allowed for such personal growth! I know for a fact that 2009 will only be better and prove to be even more fruitful! Thanks 2008 for being a great year, you given me many things for which I am truly thankful for! And to you, 2009, I look forward to seeing what you have in store for me and those that I love and adore! Together we can make history!
