We welcome everyone no matter who your surgeon was or what hospital you had your surgery at. 

She will be speaking and she is very good at demonstrating alternative ways to manage your exercise program with keeping in mind your needs such as bad knees, back etc.  She is a personal trainer and RN.

Have a Happy New Year!!!! Hope you get to go out!!!

My boyfriend left to go home today for the weekend, so I will be doing New Years with one of my girlfriends....but it should be fun!!

Just hope every place isn't full of couples.

Im sure there will be lots of singles everywhere.  Hope you have a blast!  If my husband dont take me out.. I may just go with out him.. LOL  That'll show him.  Nah.. Just kidding.

Thanks for the info on the Support Group Meeting I will be sure to be there. My work schedule finally changed to a normal schedule so you will start to see me as a regular fixture. By the way Ginger (the one asking about this support group) I can tell you this office is great. I used them for my surgeon and if the support group meetings are anything like the office visits you will feel very welcome and everyone is just great.

I also need to get back on track. How easy it is to get back to bad habits. I can not wait.

Hi Heather,

This is the get back on track time of year!!!!  I pleadge to make this my best year ever!!!!  I will be 48 on Friday and live is so good in this body already....but I want more!!!! (smile)!!!!!  And I know I can make it even better!!!!!

I love Johns Creek also but its a bit too far to drive for me on a regular basis. 
I meet Dr Williams years ago at a seminar and thought he was a great person!

I hope you guys remind me closer to time.. I have CRS... LOL
