Sugar free/ low fat treats
Merry Christmas to you too Ginger
Some people need to just get a life. I guess if the only negative thing you can come up with for the day is Ginger wishing you Merry Christmas, your life isn't as nearly stressful as mine.
The lady asked for a freakin recipe. How the hell did you get from recipes to accessing someone's political and religious views???
Seems like the same one person (not you talksoup) always brings a negative vibe when she posts. How about some self reflection??? Or better yet, check out the Alabama board. They're always bickering. You'll fit right in.
~ Merry Christmas and may GOD bless you!!!!

Now, I'm willing to take blame for things when warranted.
And Roxy, while the posts have ended up on "Sugar free desserts" (or whatever the label for this thread was) it really started on the "Xmas love/hate" thread.
Over there, I simply stated I hate when people in public, who don't know me, say "Have a Merry Christmas". This has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves. Shortly after I posted that, Ginger intentionally made it a point to say "Merry Christmas" to everyone. Do I think she did it to be mean or spiteful? No, not really. I think she was trying to be funny/cute. It wasn't. Because this is one of those issues that REALLY gets in my craw. What was worse is when after discussion, Ginger again wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Yes, this country is all about freedom of religion and freedom of speech. The "Merry Christmas" think isn't about political correctness with me. It's about being conscience and respectful that not everyone has the same beliefs. Aren't the holidays supposed to be about family, love, respect, yada yada yada? Sorry, not feeling that here which just leads me to believe I need to hang out elsewhere. Now maybe I understand why the GA board isn't as active as others.
