QUESTION OF THE DAY: Things that make you go hmmm???
Arsenio Hall used to have a segment on his show that addressed the ironies of life? So what perplexes you?
1. Why do prostitutes wear tight pants
? Wouldn't it be easier access to wear a skirt with no undies? How do they get out of those tight pants in the backseat of a car? Hmmmm?
2. Who invented self checkout? Why are we paying more for groceries than ever and having to ring up and bag our own stuff? Hmmm???
3. Why do they have handicapped parking at Sonic? They are bringing the stuff to your car. You don't have to walk
anywhere. Hmmmm????
4. Why do people with bad teeth smile
all the time? I know I posted this yesterday, but I am a social worker and see more people with bad teeth than a typical person does. I sympathize with the bad teeth, but can't figure out why you're so damned happy to grin and show them all the time. Hmmmm???
5. Why do you whisper in funeral homes
? It's not like the dead 
person is going to hear you or anything. Hmmm??? And why do people comment "He looks so nice. They really did a good job on on him". He's freakin dead people!!! Nobody looks nice dead!!! Hmmm??? (guess that was a double Hmmm???)
6. Why do you whisper when you gossip
, even of it's just 2 people in the room and nobody is there to overhear you? Hmmm???
