OK..Vitamins
I am 6 years out... and I take a B12 shot once a month, iron 2 times a day, multivitamin and calcium once a day.
You have to be careful not to take iron the same time you take calcium or it is like you never even took the iron.
The only thing I have had issues with in my labs are the iron and b12. B12 is VERY important because you could end up have the same symptoms as MS and it is permanent damage.
Good luck!
Its a trade off for me. I was taking 4 diabetes pills, 2 acid reflux pills, 2 anti inflamitories, and vitamins before... NOW I take
2 Flintstones ( I feel like a kid again)
3 calcium pills a day
1 B12 under tongue once a week
I also put fiber in my coffee in the am but that is by choice. It helps keep me regular.
So I'm good!!
But like someone said earlier each Dr is different in what they require. You have to listen to your DR and not someone elses! I go in Next week for my testing to make sure that I am getting the nutrients that I need so all this may change but so far I feel healthy as a horse. Well a small horse.. LOL
