Just a note to say hi

Just popping to say hell-o and to let my friends know that i am still alive. since aug of 07 when i made that life change forever .. i have lost a total of 100 lbs keeping it off and feeling great .. remeber tho that my weight lose started at 427lbs in 2003. so i think im doing pretty darn good.. but that isnt all that has changed in my life.. i went back to school this past summer .. completed my G E D and now working toward my LPN ... this is what i wanted to do with my life 25 years ago. I spend all my time either in school doing homewor or with my kids.. and working out.   i am sharing all this with you all to simply say .. IF I CAN DO IT >>>> YOU CAN TO<<<<<<
