SHBP with Cigna HRA in Savannah?

hey,
   i am with aetna, and am just starting the process, and i thought i would have to go to atlanta, which is about 6 hours away. i live in guyton, right outside of savannah.  then i found out i could go to jacksonville memorial in jacksonville, fl. they are on alot of insurances preferred lists, so you might want to check. i would love to meet you and go through this together, let me know what you find out.

Just FYI (I looked at the list) most of the Florida hospital's on Cigna's list are in South Florida.  The northern most city available to surgery is Ocala.

Yes, go to the information sessions that they have a Memorial on Wed. nights.  They will get you started.  After the session, you have the option to fill out a form with your insurance information and they will check and see if your insurance will cover the surgery.  I had my surgery there four years ago.  They have a great staff that helps you every step of the way.  They have a great program - you will take nutrition and exercise classes so that you will know exactly what you will need to eat and the exercises that you will need to do.

Oh, I am so sorry, mine closest is Jacksonville, and I was so hoping that for you!!!  Good luck in your process!! Be strong, I have tried to be, and it is hard, but you can do it!!!
