Gorgeous Saturday, OORAH.. Cool and Perfect Day

It’s a gorgeous day and just cool enough to wear the light stuff.  This morning is full of energy as I prepare for my visit to the West Coast.  I got get a hot cup of Coffee and finish my errands.  The Sun is coming out and it looks to be another opportunity to enjoy the outside weather.  The board is moving and with great positive information about how some folks is just kicking butt.. Remember to work out and often through every event in your day.  Those WOW’s make us all SMILE.  If you any of you have any great holiday recipes get them in to me.. I love to sample.   Well the scale is still pointing south and the Women are just losing like no tomorrow, Guys we got get moving.. Keep the faith and Charging..  It’s all about you.. 

Special note to the friends good food, music, Hot Tub and your will not get tired…It was a blast.  It was like a Smiles convention but without Beth and Michelle.  We could use the energy boost.  Anyway, you folks are doing great and I enjoy your posts and keep smiling and save another life today.
