Atlanta Medical Center
Everyone has their own opinion of their doctors. I used Dr. Hobson from Peachtree Bariatrics and stayed at Atlanta Medical Center and my surgery and stay was great. Well, as great as can be expected considering I just had surgery. There is a chair that lays down into a cot/bed thing that a visitor can sleep on. My boyfriend slept pretty sound on it. Good Luck.

You are exactly right! I sued him too! Maybe just maybe I set the standard of care with them suing them all so that *you* had it better than myself. The surgery isn't the problem, its the after care, there is none. Hopefully, you wont have issues, like myself. Because they didn't come and see about me, I had a hernia that ruptured and I went septic and they bailed ship, period. I went into a coma and was on full life support for seven and a half weeks and amost died.
Main thing is do *your own* research. NO ONE can change what happened to me and I wont get into a word fight about it either.
Good luck with your wls journey.

I used Dr. Hobson and stayed at Atlanta Medical Center. The stay was as good as expected. I was checked on several times a day by different staff from Peachtree Bariatrics. There is a recliner that lays out into a bed. My husband didn't stay because I was doing quite fine and was getting up and down by myself to go to the bathroom. Things went extremely well for me THANK GOD! I didn't have any complaints. I had my surgery on 4/28/08. I'm so excited for you. Have you gotten the actual date?
