Alternative Financing Methods

Does anyone know of an alternative way to pay for the surgery? My insurance policy has an exclusion, I have tried applying for a loan with 25 different companies, I've asked family members, I even tried to apply for Medicaid but with no luck. I have no real savings but can afford to make payments. Does anyone know of another way to pay? I am desperate. I am only 31 years. My BMI is 59  and I suffer from severe degenerative disk disease, borderline high blood pressure, kidney stones, gall stones (gall bladder comes out on October 28th). I have had 3 doctors tell me I need to have the surgery. Can anyone help? I will go to any hospital anywhere in the country.
