Someone dumped a cute little lab puppy in our subdivison on Thursday.  He is only a few months old and he looks almost like a cross between a chocolate lab and something else.  I have posted pics of him on my profile.  I was wondering if there was anyone in the N Georgia area or even South Georgia who was interested or knew someone who wanted a puppy.  I will also include everything that I have bought for him: puppy food, water and food bowl and even his toys that we got.  I am desperate to find a home for him as I do not want to take him to the animal shelter.  I called and they will put him down because they have no room.  I also have contacted the rescue organizations and right now, no one has responded.  We can not have a puppy as I am taking care of an older dog who has a heart condition (enlarged heart).  We will bring him to you or meet half way, whichever you prefer.

If you are interested, just PM me and we will got from there.

Thanks!

Kim

I'm sure you've tried but we got both our labs through Georgia Lab Rescue.  Great organization but I know overwhelmed at the amount of labs they have/try to find homes for.  I wish I could help you out more.  For anyone interested, labs are some of the best dogs ever.  A lot of work but in the long run, worth every minute.  Good luck.  I do think Forsyth is a no-kill, too but I would check with Petfinder.com to see what other shelters are no-kill.
