Seriously.  child proofing in my house is ever evolving and I have to wonder how our mothers did it without all of the locks and covers, etc we have today.

You got me!  I have twin 2 yr. olds and they are kicking my butt!  It's like Baby-gate City in our house.  And they STILL manage to get into things.  With all the "DANGERS" that we are bombarded with in every magazine and book, it's a wonder all us parents aren't on Valium to keep us from going insane.  Good luck!
