Support Group meeting 9/2/08 at North Fulton Bariatrics, Dr. G. Santavicca speaking

Hello Everyone,

I would like to invite you to our support group, September 2, from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Dr. Gary Santavicca who is a clinical psychologist will be speaking.  We all know there is more to weight loss surgery than the surgery.  We need to get our head straight too.  Come join us and learn how to be healthy mentally and physically.

Our meetings are located at North Fulton Regional Hospital (3000 Hospital Blvd. Roswell, GA  30076) on the 1st floor in the Bariatrics Department.  If you need further directions or have questions please call me at 770-751-2924.
