As promised here is my update.  Ive been having alot of gas which Im sure is normal and swelling.  Today swelling is better and gas seems to be not as bad today.  I do have a head ache this am not sure why.  Maybe i need more water.  I feel like I eat all day.  It is a full time job to eat right.  Does this get easier? I am not working yet but plan to go back part time on Monday.  I go to the Dr for check up tomorrow so i will update more after my appt.  Have a great day!!

I do need direction on how to put my weight tracer on my profile.  Help!
Any protien suggestions would be great.  I have been experiementing and so far my favorite is choc unjury 8oz milk and a sf bannana popsickel. yumm

Ginger,
It's good to hear you are doing well.  My guess is it will get easier.  I have the weight tracker, but I can't tell you how i got it there.  Use the search feature to see if you can find old posts on the subject.

I've had a week, totally unrelated to WLS.  But fortunately, I think the situation has worked out.

Continue to have a good recovery!

Glad to hear things are going good for you.

As far as the tracker...I went to TickerFactory.com, went through all the steps...
then I just copied the thing, and pasted it in the section I wanted it.
I tried to copy the codes, but it just pulled up the wording and not the neat part of things.

Hope this helps...oh...and for the protein suggestions, I've been looking on

She has a GRIP of useful receipes and tips.

Click on one of our tickers, and it will take you to tickerfactory, where you can create your own.  Make sure you copy the *picture* of the ticker and not that blasted code.  Then paste it in your signature box and save it.

Congratulations on your surgery!    --Dorothy
