Update on thyroid labs
I didnt sleep a wink last night in the anticipation of my phone call today about my labs that were done on Friday.
*I had my whole thyroid removed July 2007*
Finally, around 1:00 today my PCP called.......KINDA good news.......the labs were still whacky but not as bad as before. Last week they were 46 (should be around 4) and today they came back as 25. So, she called in some higher synthroid (200 now instead of 175) I can get tested in three weeks......Im sure it will be fine and LOW when I get the next labs done.
It just makes me wait a little longer, but oh well, what can ya do right? I hope all of you had a great weekend.
Plz tho, for us pre-op'erz, and I know it's been done a zillion times before, plz try, if you can remember, to list some good protien drinks, sample packets would be nice, and where you bought them. I dont like real sweet stuff so I figure I will be on a real quest, lol
