32 years old...426 pounds...and Dying...what do I do?
Please don't beat yourself up over this disease that has a cure, first patience and control is important. Go to this web site www.obesitysolutions.com they are as close to Doraville and thay have Informational meetings at Northside in Forsyth county as well as in Gainesville. Your first step should be to go to an information meeting; the surgeons are wonderful. A gentalman from North Carolina had surgery over yr or so and he was 700 plus lbs. and he is 75 lbs away from his goal of 250 or something like that. If I can encourage you in any way check my profile. I cry everytime I see someone suffering from something others think is not normal but what they dont realize is that we don't have the tool that they do as in a great metabolism that makes them look like the hunks on TV or the models. You are the leader of your destiny..
Boomshakalka,
I feel and totally understand your pain & frustration.
I have gained over 100lbs. since 2001 and feel totally hopeless. I struggle every day to get out of bed and do the basic thing in life. I lost my job due to budget cuts for the state. But with GOD'S GRACE & MERCY we made it through another day.
E-mail me back with a direct e-mail so that we can support each other.
Anxiously waiting your response.
We have all been there and we feel your pain and understand what you are going through. I say find the nearest support group and WLS center and make a wonder change in your life. You are a great person and worth living a happy life that you deserve.
Take care and send me a private message any time you want to chat. I don't post much but I am on line a lot and I will respond.
