Second Appeal Denied! Dr. Hart office sucks!!!!

I'm currently working with Dr. Hart's office as well. I've heard that Dr. Hart is a wonderful doctor which is why I am going to stick with him. I TOTALLY know how you feel about not receiving a response. One time I called the office and didn't get a callback at all. I finally (3 days later) sent a follow-up e-mail to LaTonya and she answered the same day.  I believe that e-mail is the way to go with this office.

I had my surgery done at Emory (www.emoryhealthcare.org) and they were wonderful.  My surgery was done at Crawford Long downtown Atlanta.  The Bariatric people (NUT, Psych, etc.) are all on Clifton Road.  But they are wonderful.  I love my dietician.  She's changed my life. 

I went to their seminar and they provided me all the information they needed to submit my paperwork and then helped me work with my PCP to get everything I needed.  They submitted everything to BCBS and then helped me get approved. 

They have a great staff with good follow up.  Hope you find what you are looking for.
