My favorite breakast items were cheese eggs with instant grits. I would puree the items together in a small food processor and I would eat about 2 ozs at breakfast. I would prepare SF chocolate jello pudding with skim milk.  I did not eat any jello because I did not like the texture. At 3 years out I still do not like the texture. Let me know if you need anymore food suggestions. Best wishes and congrads on be a loser!!! Tammie

Check with your doctor about when you are allowed what.  Mine won't allow grits or eggs at just five days out, only clear liquids.

I am 13 days Post op and still on full liquids/pureed stage. I have eated Campbells lentil soup pureed, refried beans, small curd lowfat cottage cheese i don't like yogurt but we can have the kind without fruit pieces and I have been drinking protien shakes and using protein bullets from GNC mixed with crystal light to make sure I get my protien. I have sprinked lowfat shredded cheese on stuff. This is so boring. I can't wait until I can move on to other foods. Not cause I'm hungry, but becasue I'm bored.
