I know I'm one of many having surgery tomorrow. I've been (well, still am) really excited to begin this chapter of my life. I'm getting some nerves/jitters, but they haven't been that big of a deal, beyond giving me IBS fits! I don't exactly know WHY I'm nervous... but I guess that's normal.

I feel fortunate that I've had distractions yesterday and today... plus, I found out this morning that I have a job interview on July 8th- a whole 13 days after my surgery... I'm thrilled! I've worked for them before, doing a similar job, so I know what to expect... just ready to go back!

Anyway... save a spot for me on the bench!!! I'm going out all day today... until around 4 when I have to drink the phospho-soda. BLECH.

CONGRATS!!!! that is great I wish you the bestof luck.  I'm a patient of Dr. Johnson who works with Dr. Hart.  I'm almost to the part where they submit to the insurance.  I have my Psychological eval on July 3rd. any tips on what I should expect?

Who are you going to see? I saw Dr. Santavicca... he was great. He's VERY talkative, but also very equally efficient. If you see him, be prepared to fill out a lot of checklists/paperwork ahead of time. Any other questions? I love being distracted :)

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow. I had mine on 5/19 and it has been interesting to say the least. It has been all worth it. Nancy
