Support Groups in Marietta?

Hello All, I'm fairly new to the board and wanted to know if there are any support groups in Marietta area?  I'm currently waiting for a surgery date and want to get involved before actual surgery.  Would like to meet people on path to good health and get involved in support group.  Thanks Carla
