Dietitian / Nutritionist

I have Aetna Open access and used Dr VanHaveren that was referred to me by Dr Harts office.  Phone 678-462-3833.  He said it was under my insurance and sent me a bill for my copay. Used the Nutritionist at Dr hart office 50.00. Hope this helps. Ginger  

Ginger, was it $50 each time?  Or just overall?  How much was the copay for Dr VanHaveren?

I have only had to go one time and she said she would release me but yes it is 50.00 each time.  Im not sure what the rules are with being released or having to go back however.  Dr Van was 40.00 co pay because he is a specialist.  Hope this helps.  Im still on my road also and not sure what to expect next.  Good luck! Yes Rachel is $50 for every visit - she does not take insurance. you will see her pre-op twice  and at 6 weeks post op, then i think not again until the 1 yr mark, but id have to check my list to be sure. I used dr vanhaveran. he took my United healthcare insurance and i had a co-pay of $35 which is my copay for specialists. i hop this helps - good luck and dont stress too much :) Dr Harts office is great to work with adn they help you when you need it.
