Revisions surgeons in Savannah

I am curious if anyone has had a revision using Dr.Angstadt, Dr. Whipple here in Savannah. Or using Dr. Blaney in Augusta?  I am 6 years post RNY, had my surgery in Atlanta, but live in Savannah now. Definitly need a revision; feel like the poster child for RNYFailure! Any input on revision would be great!  Thanks....Lorie

Hey Lorie, It's Amy!  I talked with you last week.  How are things going for you?  I hope you are able to find a support group in your area.  I wish you lives closer to Augusta to come to our support group.  Call if you need anything. 

Not sure about a revision in Savannah yet but if your still looking for a support group in Savannah there is several. If your interested send me an email at [email protected] I recently read about a new revision surgery that is being done in California that may be on the east coast eventually. I tried to locate the information on it again but can't find it at the moment. I do have a friend that still has it though and I can get it. It was a simple procedure basically where a long tube with a camera is inserted through the mouth and the revision surgery is performed with out the patient ever having an incision. Recovery was quick and weight loss results were once again good.  If my friend sends me the link I will forward it to you. She did send a message to the assistant (jody)for Dr. Anghst to find out about this but not sure if she had any response yet. Best wishes.  Tami
