We all know the deal , we know what to do , we know how to eat, exercise take our multivitamins ,iron , calcium and enjoy the success that we have worked so hard in achieving. We also know that we need the support of those that have traveled down the road before us. Sometimes, we make some mistakes, sometimes we gain back some of the weight that we worked so hard to loose.
