I wasn't aware that you had to had six months of documented exercise program with a DR for UHC... I thought it was only five years of Morbid Obesiety weight. I will have to check on that, because I am currently going thru the ppwk stage.

Each employer has their own guidelines and this was one of the requirements that mine had put in for the year 2008. This was not done for 2007 because I have two co-workers that had RNY done at the end of last year and it was not required.  But on the safe side I would toch basis with them to go over your policy.
