Dr Hart/Dr Johnson experience
Ok I went for my required seminar with Dr Hart/Johnson yesterday and I I have nothing but great things to tell you about my expericnec with their staff!! My day however was a different story all together but I got there in one piece. They have already confirmed my insurance with Aetna and that it is covered, called me and scheduled my first appointment. I really liked their office they were great. I got lost and they turned me around and were very paiteint as I was a bit frazzled!! LOL Kudos to Atlanta Bariatrics Staff and Johns Creek Hospital. The hospital was beautiful and staff very pleasant as well!!

I am delighted to hear that you had a good experience with Dr. Hart's office. Last week I had to go in for a yearly check up and they had just moved into their new office that day. I told them if I got lost that I would be calling for someone to come stand out on the street corner and direct me in.. Of course they just laughed at me and said they would. One thing about his office staff they will go over and beyond to help you in any way necessary. As for Dr. Hart, there could not be a better dr in my eyes. He was there for me through it all and is there now whenever I need him. I do wish you the best of luck with everything and pray that your process will be a speedy one. If you need anyone to share this experience with know we are all here for you.
Ginger,
Do you all think its too late for me to swich to Dr Hart/Johnson. I think I am going to like Dr Duncan/Rashid/Hobson, However I a really having second thoughts about his office staff, I think they are really an important piece of the puzzle especially since they will be handling all of my paperwork. Do you know how it works if I decide to switch doctors, the only thing I have sent them is the packet you get at the seminar. I have not sent any clearance letters as of yet. Peachtree Bariatrics states they have recvd a pre-certification number from Aetna.
New Beginnings
I really wish I had a good answer for you! I do think it is very important to feel comfortable with both dr and staff!! Both in confidence as well as comfort. I guess what Im trying to say is you are the only one that can make that decision whether to change or stick with where your at. Its a big decision either way! Weigh out the negatives/positives and go with your gut/heart!. You could also try calling Dr harts office and talking to them about it to see what they have to say. Candy was a great help to me maybe she could give you some direction or advice.
Good luck!! Keep in touch and let me know whats up with you.
