Congratulations. It will be here quicker than you think. Mine was April 28th so I was where you are last month and I cannot BELIEVE how fast it went. I know it is early out for me but I honestly have zero regrets. I am just a happy person now. I'll save you a spot on the loser's bench.

Congrats! I enjoyed my few weeks before surgery. Except when I was super anxious ;) It will be here before you know it. Heard good things about your surgeon. Good Luck! What hospital will you be having your surgery at?

Johns creek in ******* I think. I go today I guess I should look up the address hu? LOL Im nervouse/anxious. Approved? I suppose that every office does things differently, but in my case, having a date would mean that both insurance and surgeon have approved you... Try to relax. You are the only one who can make this decision, and it's a big one, but if you feel in your heart that this is the tool you need to get healthy... you know, just go with your heart. Everything will be fine =)
