Self Pay in Georgia?????

It looks like I'm heading toward self pay for the VSG. It's either that or the forever fight with Cigna. They do not cover VSG or DS. I've started communication with Alvarez but would like to know if there are any VSG self payers out there who had surgery in the Atlanta area. If so, with who and how much? Thanks sooooooo much. 
I'm sorry but I do not know of anyone that does that here in Georgia! But a member of my Support group used the same doctor that you are thinking about and she has done really great. If you PM me some information like your Email I will get it to her so that you and her can talk.
