Hairloss

O.K everyone, I had my gastric bypass on Dec 4 2007, I am now losing my hair. It has become noticably thinner. I know they tell you to expect this but it still upsetting. I was wondering if anyone knows of any supplement I can take to help the hair I have left. I know this isn't permanent, but it makes me sad.  If there is anyting out there to help my hair regrowth please share it with me. I just had my post op bloodwork and my protein levels were great. I'm getting my 60-80 grams a day, so I know it isn't my diet persay.  Please share any advice.  Thanks

NOT THAT I KNOW OF BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM TAKEING THEM.

My surgeon told me to take Biotin.  I just started this past week, so I can't tell you how it works yet!

prenatal vitimans (walmart) and knox gelatin are supposed to work.. thats my biggest fear too, i am doing my 6 months supervised diet, and taking prenatals now as a preventative!
