Hello Georgia! Everyone is invited to my next support group meeting on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 7 PM at
Cornerstone Baptist Church in Macon, GA. The church is at 5399 Hartley Bridge Road, Macon, GA. The meeting is held in the Fellowship Hall, smallish building to the right of main sanctuary. We will be doing a protein tasting, getting some great tips about exercise, fitness, since the weather is warming up, and more of us are apt to go out doors and get physical now. Also, I have some samples to give out, as well as the OH magazine. I hope to see you all there..
