??? Active, Excerise Support Group Froming????

Hello Gang! My name is Jeannie Armstrong and I'm forming another SUPPORT GROUP in the HENRY COUNTY area. This group will be one structured on EXCERISE and FITNESS. I'm forming this group because there are so many of us that are not getting all the EXCERISE that we need to maintain our weight loss.  LOCATION : DEER CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK                         IN THE CLUB HOUSE TIME : 7:00PM to 8:00 PM on THURSDAY NIGHTS once a Month We will also be talking about other things that we might all want to share too.  So PLEASE if you are interested contact me here. Yes Phyllis, That is the reason that I'm posting it here first to see how many would like the idea. Then if I have a good response here I will post all the other information. I know that I have a few other members in my group now that would love to come. I'm also looking into having someone come and talk about how important it really is to maintain our HEALTH. I do wish you were CLOSER too. But I really hope to be seeing you again soon at the CONFERENCE this year. Hug's Jeannie
