where is all the Georgia folks?
Dear Tami, I agree with you, girl! Seems like many people are so very busy, and don't really take time to ck. the Ga. Board. There are so many issues which could be addressed here by many of the older posties. I am sure willing to help out in any way I possibly can. Some of the newbies, just don't seem to want to share their problems or concerns. There are so many of us who could and are ready to answer any questions. Many of us, Oldies have many funny stories, and how we have solved some of the problems we have had in our early days, that could be shared.I am sure, many Oldies will agree with me that, after some people's surgery, they just want to just get on with their new lives and that is just how it is. I met a man who is a 2001 posties and he hasn't even attended any support groups. Why? He needs to reach out to others and eventually someone will give his some help like I did after I met him. Many areas DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT GROUPS in their areas. I believe, Support is as near as the person wants it to be. If any person goes on line, he can locate a support group Somewhere. I am always willimg to help and gather posties and newbies together for meetings. I hopes this helps you, Tami! Prayers and Love, Nenna 1950 Open RNY 4/2002 wt loss 130lbs Would I do It again?
