INSURANCE!!!

I have Coventry Insurance and was told that back in 2003 they changed their policy to where WLS was a written exclusion.  They told me there was nothing I could do about it.  I could not appeal it b/c it was a written exclusion and if I wanted it done I would have to pay for it myself.  HA!  That's alot easier said than done.  Has anyone had this problem?  Any Advice?
