repost from main board 6mths out

hiya all. how were you at 6months out? so far i am down 95 lbs and feeling GREAT i have not had a shot since aug 10 and my sugar hasnt been over 116 .. off 15 pills per day... i only take my vitamins and bipolar/meds. im down for from a 4x to xl  and a size 18 in jeans from 28.. i thank dr hobson he is the most wonderful person in the world to me. i have had no problems .. which i thank god for that. im loving life again.. its so awsome to be able to ride the rides at theme parks again with my kids. I will admit my DBF and i had problems for a month or so when i lost the first lump of weight.. he said he couldnt get use to being able to wrape his arms around me at night .. felt like he was cheating on me. i know it sounds weird but in alot of ways it showed me how strong our love really is. Now we are doing great and planning that spring wedding.
I Love my OH family and I want to thank all of you that have helped me this far .. for you lurkers still deciding .. and pre ops that are waiting .. I am PAYING IT FORWARD....... so if i can help you in anyway contact me.

Thanks for sharing...it's always good to hear a success story. I'm only one month out...happy one month anniversary to me. I'm looking forward to fitting comfortably in an airline seat...so your amusement park NSV struck a chord with me! Keep up the great work and Happy Valentines Day!
