What do you miss??

Hello everyone!!

 

Ok, so I have a question for all post ops...pre ops also if you are on your countdown to surg.  What is the one thing that you miss the most since having wls?  Mine is Milk.  Since surg, I can not drink milk, regular, skim, 2%, low fat, no fat(YUCK) soy, Lactaid, NOTHING!!!!  I MISS IT!!!!  However, with that said, I do forget that I can't tolerate it about every 7 months, have a 1/2 cup, and BLUGH!!

hi cindy, i went to southside wls group a couple of time. i think you were out ,but remember hearing you name. what are you holding in that picture?  i live in L.G. hope to get back to group soon. seems like something always comes up. but i do need to get back in line!

I miss pizza! Haven't had any since I was banded. Tried a great new recipe though today that will help those pizza blues!

Bless you dear, I am sorry you cannot have milk anymore. I can have that and most anything in reason but the ONE THING that I do miss the most is my PEPSI colas haha......I know, I know they are very bad for me and I know I will NEVER do that again but oh man when I see a picture of one in a cooler wow I turn into a monstor and almost go into DT's haha......I have to get away and get it out of my line of sight. I am 7months post op now and still have not dumped or got sick at all. I guess I am doing it right? Dont know but I do not let myself do or eat anything bad. I am strict with my diet. I am in the process of finding a new PCP cos mine wont order me a vitimin count, and I am desparate for that right now.....I have no idea what my vitimin numbers are.......I could be deficiant and not even know it. Hope you are doing well. You look really good. God bless I hope we can see each other again.....love ya my sis in wt loss......Renee
