I'm approved and have a date!!!!

I'm so excited. It feels like it's taken forever. We started looking into Dr's etc in July. My husband and I are being banded the same day because it just so happens his parents are here visiting so we have lots of help and support. I'm so grateful for this board. We've learned so mu*****luding that if we were going to use Dr. Duncan's office (Peachtree Bariatrics) we needed to be prepared to call and call and call. We did and none of the wait was their fault. It took some of our specialists what felt like forever to send in their approvals. We go for our pre-op appointment on the 10th and then the 14th is our surgery! I had to take a break for this board when the wait dragged on, but now I'm sure I'll be more active. Hopefully I'll have something to share and I know I'll have lots of new questions. Thanks again!
