I posted a WHINE last week about a six week stand still in my weight loss. I tried the things that you guys suggested--upping the water and protein--and it worked!!
I weighed this morning and the scale said 201 in one office and 202.9 in another office (I work in a hospital). While I like the 201 better, I'll take the 202.9...it's much better than the 270 that I started at!
