I've done really good sticking to my meal plans up to this point...I'm 6 weeks out and need some ideas of the structure since I'll be returning to a more normal eating plan - that my family and I can eat together.  Are their any websites or books that have actual meal plan suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack?  Something that goes into detail on how much of each food to eat?

Sparkspeople I think gives some meal plans.  Did you have GB or Lap? Lap is more forgiving than GB but you still have to eat protein first and then veggies then your starches. GB stays away from suger( watch the ketchup) but we both basically eat the same and the same way. good luck. I had lapband and stated eating manwich, meat salads, deviled egs (the whole egg mashed up) and lots and lots of water. I still do my protein shake in the morning because I am too tight in mornings to eat until around 10 and this is with little restriction at other times.
